TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXENTRON'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD).
